    Create a User account using your Clinton email account or your preferred email account.   Once you have a Moodle account you can self-enroll in the courses available to you.  You may use a pc, tablet, or smartphone with Moodle.  You can download the smartphone app from the link at the bottom of this page or here:  Mobile or Tablet Downloads
